Cascade
Cascade hops are an aroma hop known for its grapefruit, citrus-y flavors and aromas.
Our cascade hops were first harvested in the 2016 season.
Santiam
Santiam hops are a dual-purpose hop derived from Swiss Tettnanger, German Hallertauer and Cascade. It is known for soft, herbal, floral, fruity aromas with hints of pepper and spice.

Legacy
Legacy hops have a rose/berry note to them that we use in our LMB Whiskey Barrel Stout.
Origin: USA – Yakima Valley – Washington State
Aroma/Flavor: Grapefruit, black currant, spicy, floral. Also, blackberry, orange, grassy.
Alpha Acid: 7.8 – 8.4%
Typical Usage: The specifications state that Legacy hops are a dual purpose hop.
Beer Styles: American pale ales and IPAs. American stouts. Beer where a bit of a wild note would be welcomed.
